I am a professionally trained moderator with over 20 years of marketing research experience, the last 15 spent exclusively in qualitative, with broad-based experience with a wide range of industries and methodologies. I use creative projective techniques to delve deeper into consumers’ thought processes, taking emotions and imagery into account, and am RIVA-trained for advanced levels of focus group moderating.
